Great panel on the importance of honesty in business. We are in a modern age where people don’t want to see a company that is always winning. They want to see them struggle, and overcome their flaws to serve their customers. If we are going to stand by this idea that corporations are people, then it is reasonable to expect them to be as honest and vulnerable as we are.
